2021 School Fees
We would like to advise you of the following important information in relation to school fees.

The invoicing of school fees and the distribution of school fee statements each month is a function carried out by the Catholic Education Office. School fees accounts are a 30 day account.  This means 30 days after the date of the invoice you must pay the account in full.  If it is not paid, it is overdue unless you have provided the school with a Request to Pay School Fees by Instalment.

Commencing shortly, reminders for late payment via SMS and email will be introduced.  These reminders are automatically generated by the finance software based on the number of days a payment is overdue.  For some families these reminders may cause some concern.  This is not our intention.  Our intention is to manage the collection of school fee accounts with new technology.

It is important that:-

1. For new families:  If you wish to pay your school fees over the course of the year please ensure that you have completed a request to pay by instalments form and return to the school office.  Once processed, a new fee statement will be issued with a schedule of payments detailing the amount to be paid and due dates based on your instalment request.  Please note that it is only necessary to complete this form once during the period of your child/children's enrolment, unless you wish to amend your payment frequency.
2. Existing families:  If you were making regular payments by instalments last year, your 2021 school fee statement will have instalments calculated based on your previous payment frequency.  If you are paying your school fees by instalments, please check that your school fee payments match the amount shown on your payment schedule at the bottom of your school fee statement.  You may need to amend your Bpay or direct debit.  If your payments are less than the scheduled instalment amount, payment reminders may be  automatically generated.  

Families who believe that they may not be able to pay their school fees in a school year or are unable to make payments as per their scheduled instalments are asked to please contact the school to discuss ways in which we may assist including Application for Fee Concession.    

How do I change the amount of my current payment?
Completion of a Request to Pay by Instalment IS NOT an authority for payments from your Bank Account and the following applies according to your method of payment:

▪ In the case of BPay or regular internet banking payments you must log on to your bank account and make adjustments to your payment.

▪ In the case of a Direct Debit, where the school is taking money from your account, you must complete an amendment to your Direct Debit Authority. These forms are available from the school office.
